Refer a homebound patient.

We work directly with referring physicians, palliative-care teams, and orthopaedic practices across Delhi NCR. Send a referral and we handle the rest — patient outreach, scheduling, imaging, reporting back to you on your preferred channel.

Standing referrals are welcome. We can be configured to copy you on every report, set imaging cadence for chronic patients, and integrate with your existing patient records.

Common questions.

If your question isn't here, just call. Coordinators are trained to answer most clinical and logistical questions on the line.

Do I need a doctor's prescription?
A prescription is helpful but not mandatory for a home visit. We'll always recommend you have one for the report — most physicians and hospitals want the imaging request documented. If you don't have one, we can flag it and the radiologist will indicate this in the report.
How long does a visit take?
A single-view X-ray takes 15–20 minutes door to door once the technician arrives. ECG runs about 10 minutes. A combined bundled visit averages 25 minutes.
Is the radiation safe at home?
Yes. Our Allenger unit operates at low-radiation specifications and uses focused beam shielding. The technician sets up safe distancing for other people in the room. We follow AERB protocols on every visit.
When do I get the report?
Soft copy on WhatsApp within 24 hours of the visit (often the same evening). Hardcopy film and printed report by courier the next working day. For urgent reads, we have a same-evening pathway — flag it on the booking.
How is the report delivered?
Digital PDF on WhatsApp / email, plus a physical print of the film and report couriered to your address. Both copies are on NABL-certified lab letterhead with the radiologist's signature.
Can a family member stay in the room?
Yes, but the technician will ask everyone except the patient to step back during the exposure (about 5 seconds). Pregnant women and children should leave the room for the exposure.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-pay service at the moment but issue NABL-lab-certified bills that most major insurance providers reimburse. Speak to a coordinator if you'd like the bill formatted specifically for your insurer.
